Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Free shipping on all US orders. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days depending on the product and supplier location.

International Shipping A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to international orders. Delivery takes 15–45 business days. Tracking is provided but may not update past the origin country.

We currently do not ship to: Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria, or Pakistan.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged upon delivery. These are not included in our shipping rate.

Shipping Destinations We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international), contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll work with the supplier to resolve it promptly.
