Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Agreement to Terms By using sparkstores.online or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Orders Subject to supplier availability. We can limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products. Prices can change without notice. If we can't fulfill an item, you're refunded for it.

3. Dropship Fulfillment Orders are forwarded to our supplier(s), who ship directly to you. Delivery estimates are courtesy, not guaranteed.

4. Payment Processed securely at checkout; you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

5. Refund Policy Refund requests accepted within 30 days of the transaction, item in original condition and packaging. Contact info@sparkstores.online for details.

6. Shipping Costs and windows shown at checkout. Not liable for carrier, customs, or out-of-control delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the supplier hands off to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property All Site content belongs to Spark Store / Epic Marketing LLC or its licensors.

8. User Conduct No unlawful use, fraud, or interference with Site security.

9. Limitation of Liability Not liable for indirect/incidental damages; total liability capped at what you paid for the order.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties Site and products provided "as is," no warranties beyond what law requires.

11. Indemnification You agree to hold Spark Store and Epic Marketing LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law State of Idaho, USA; disputes resolved in Idaho courts.

13. Changes Take effect once posted here with a new date.
